- Can I directly contact with my staff?
You can e-mail or have live chats with your staffs. In case of sending emails, please send a copy (cc) to the team leader for assistance when necessary. The team leader is your staff’s manager and the one responsible for the work.

- How can I assign my staffs?
You can assign daily or weekly work directly to your staffs via email or chat tools (Skype, Yahoo, Gtalk, MSN, etc). For time-zone difference, we encourage clients to deliver assignments via email.

- Will I need to train my staffs?
If the work assigned is simple, our staffs can start right away. But if it is somehow rather complicated, they will need one day on trial before officially taking up the work. You are supposed to pay $10 for the day on trial.

- Will I be reported to everyday?
Your staffs will e-mail daily reports to you. Moreover, we use the online documents system - Google Docs, which allows you to check your staffs’ work daily or even  hourly at anytime and from anywhere. You can also export that documents to MS Word/Excel files easily.
